My clients have a lovely team and excellent reputation and are looking for a diligent candidate who wants to work as part of a quality independent agent.Block Manager – Benefits  £30k - £45k basic depending on experience.Opportunity for further development and support with IRPM qualificationsCompany pensionAdditional leave Block Manager – Duties Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolioBe the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residentsDeal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairsEnsure company hits service agreement levelsMaximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholderAssist with the service charge collectionAssisting with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants.Assisting with periodic property inspections and reporting thereon.Assisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts.To maintain/update the Property Management software and to produce reports.To diarise cyclical maintenance and management of their deadlines.To manage keys and raise work orders to instruct contractors for minor works, taking the budget into considerationTo contribute to Focus MeetingsBlock Manager – Experience Needed Previous Block Management or Property Management experience is essentialYou will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skillsAble to prioritise workload and manage own time effectivelyYou will have solid IT skills and be technology savvyYou will ideally be IRPM qualifiedThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Block Manager eager to take the next step in their career, joining a fantastic company.Contact Magnus James is a specialist recruiter for the property industry and covers the following areas, New Homes, Residential Lettings, Estate Agents, Property Management and Block Management.
