Block Manager - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Block Manager - Central London - up to £42,000Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a high-end agency who are offering an incredible opportunity for a Block Manager to come in and run and hit the ground running in their London office. They are searching for a Block Manager with many years experience to join themDuties:

• To be the key point of contact for clients, contractors and residents in relation to all block matters
• Ensure effective management of the portfolio and manage any queries relating to the block or property
• Ensure all Health and Safety legislation, policies, fire risk assessments and health and safety reports are actioned and maintained
• Ensure and co-ordinate any major works programming (and necessary reserve fund) complies with the lease, annually reviewing and liaising with surveyors and contractors
• Oversee management of any contracts and/or service agreements
• Carry out inspections on the residential portfolio in line with the client management agreement
• To liaise with client account to prepare and manage the budget for each block
• Monitor the expenditure vs budget alongside outstanding debtors regarding staying within budget constraints

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years' experience within Block management
