Are you an experienced Block Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a growing business with a close-knit team, who have a passion for delivering outstanding service to their clients. Due to growth, they're looking for a talented Block Manager to support the current team in handling the full spectrum of block management services.

About the role

Title: Block Property Manager

Location: Wirral based office

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000.00 per annum (Negotiable, Depending on Experience) + Bonus

Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with flexibility for evening/weekend meetings

Role Overview

In this brand-new role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio across Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, and surrounding areas. This is an end-to-end role, where you’ll oversee everything from budget management to maintenance coordination, compliance, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full block management process, including budgets, service charges, and maintenance schedules.
• Attend meetings (some of which may be in the evenings or weekends).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Handle repairs, maintenance, and service requests.
• Travel as required to manage properties across Chester, Liverpool, and Warrington.

Requirements

• Proven experience in block management.
• Driving licence is essential
• A strong understanding of budgeting, compliance, and property maintenance.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility with working hours.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
