Block Property Manager

Location: Suffolk

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

Our client is a successful property management company boasting a prestigious portfolio of residential apartment blocks, and estates ranging from two to 500 units across the UK. They are looking for an experienced property manager to join their property management team to take responsibility for a portfolio of properties.

Main duties of the Block Property Manager:

• Resolving all customer issues.
• Complete site inspections according to legislation and company procedures.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in property management.
• Maintaining a schedule of remedial and major works, inspections, meetings and other on-site visits.
• Management and liaison with contractors.
• Management of service charge and budgeting accounts on behalf of your portfolio.
• Advising clients on budgeting.
• Meeting with key stakeholders such as landlords, leaseholders and freeholders.
• Attend AGMs and other meetings.
