Block Property Manager - Amour Recruitment : Job Details

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Block Property Manager based from home, but must be able to attend their office in London (Oxford Street area) once a week.

The portfolio will cover Greater London area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site inspections
• Dealing with breaches of the lease
• Completing Section 20 Notices
• Supporting block management team
• Liaising with maintenance contractors

Personal Requirements:

• Driving license
• Good business acumen
• Excellent time management
• Block Property background is essential
• IRPM, AIRPM or MIRPM desirable

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: up to £44,400 including a car allowance (depending on experience and qualifications)
