Block Property Manager - Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd : Job Details

Our client, a prestigious, well-established property management company based in North West London are recruiting for a Block Property Manager to join their team. The successful Block Property Manager will have a proven track record of managing a large residential block property portfolio within London and hold a relevant qualification such as the AIRPM.Duties will include: * Managing a residential Block property portfolio* Managing contractors and overseeing the day to day maintenance of the blocks* Project manage internal and external works* Managing budgets* Ensuring that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice* Circulating information to residents concerning management issues* Ensuring compliance with Section 20 legislation* Dealing with tenants and leaseholder queries* Inspecting properties on a regular basis to ensure that the properties are well maintained and comply with Fire & Safety legislations* Responding and resolving complaints raised* Reviewing property insurance* Chasing service charge arrears* Assessing end of year accountsThe successful Block Property Manager will have the chance to add a reputable company to their list of employers in a company which offers career prospects and progression.
