Block Property Manager - Nexus Recruitment : Job Details

Nexus Recruitment have been instructed on an exciting new role in Southwest London. Our client is an established Property Management firm, who operate solely in leasehold Block Management.

Core responsibilities:

• Sole responsibility for circa 550 units across 14 blocks, mostly in Southwest London but some in Central as well
• Management of all S20 major works, working closely with external contractors with support from your APM
• Setting and managing service charge budgets with the experienced accounts team
• Attending site visits quarterly, liaising with leaseholders
• Indirect management of an Assistant Property Manager working across your portfolio and 1 other PMs

This is an ideal role for a candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in Block Management, either managing their own portfolio or stepping up to manage one. This role is hybrid, so someone who is able to be self-sufficient from home is required! The following skillset/experience is preferred:

• 2 years + experience in Leasehold Property Management
• TPI qualifications (ideal but not essential)
• Full UK driving license
• Proven track record of managing major works (size and value do not matter)
• Previous budgeting exposure

What’s on offer?

• A salary of £40,000pa - £45,000pa
