Block Property Manager - Amour Recruitment : Job Details

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio covering from Watford to Bedford and Kings Lynn to Norwich.

You must have previous experience and hold a recognised qualification (ATPI or IRPM) as this role is a standalone remote position, with the requirement to go into a local office for meetings once a month.

Duties include:

· Carrying out site inspections

· Dealing with breaches of the lease

· Completing Section 20 Notices

· Supporting block management team

· Liaising with maintenance contractors

Personal requirements:

· Driving license

· Good business acumen

· Excellent time management

· Block Property background is essential

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: from £35,000 (can negotiate if IRPM/AIRPM qualified) plus a car allowance of £3600. Fuel & any parking expenses whilst on property visits will also be paid.
