BMS Optimisation Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery:
- Execute Building Management System (BMS) key project works.
- Perform BMS maintenance tasks, both onsite and remotely.
- Develop and implement BMS and energy optimisation projects.
- Task Management:
- Take responsibility for tasks assigned by the Project Management team, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders to overcome obstacles and prevent delays.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal management, clients, and third parties to achieve project goals.
- Skill Development:
- Continuously update skills and knowledge relevant to the role and expertise.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Degree or qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- BMS Systems:
- Qualification or experience with Trend BMS systems.
- Knowledge or experience with Cylon, ALC, Siemens, or Niagara systems would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with Trend IQ Vision/N4 would be beneficial but not essential.
- Other Requirements:
- Full, clean driving license.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
