What You Will Do:
As a BMS Senior Manager, you will lead all aspects of project delivery in your designated region, specifically for a project in Leicestershire. From sales handovers and supply chain engagement to project management and post-completion support, your role will ensure seamless delivery. You'll collaborate closely with customers, account managers, construction managers, and project engineering teams. This varied role guarantees that no two days will be the same, as you work to ensure project success.

How You Will Do It:
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
Manage sales handovers and interpret project scope
Take responsibility for health, safety, and environmental management across your projects
Provide strategic direction and control to ensure smooth project execution
Oversee commercial performance and ensure projects stay on budget
Regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
Drive process standardisation across the organisation
Engage with supply chains and subcontractors, manage contracts, and maintain quality control
Conduct risk reviews and provide updates to project leadership
Mentor and develop junior team members
Validate design assumptions, build detailed cost estimates, and prepare customer communications
Maintain relevant certifications and licenses
What We Look For:
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in BMS and control systems
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
Proven ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
Experience delivering large-scale projects (£2M–£4M) with a track record of success
Comfortable managing remote teams and resources
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Valid CSCS card (SSSTS certification preferred)
Preferred:
Experience in data centres or critical infrastructure environments
Knowledge of working on construction sites with M&E main contractors
Advanced BMS knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
Familiarity with Metasys, Tridium, Trend, or other BMS platforms
