We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager / VDA to join our Client based in Eastbourne.Working for an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, the successful Bodyshop Manager / VDA will be responsible for looking after all operations of this Bodyshop.Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager / VDA On Target Earnings of £55,000.The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager / VDA role are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 (60 Mins Lunch).Bodyshop Manager / VDA Person Specification

• Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager / VDA within an Accident Repair Centre
• Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
• Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
• An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations

The responsibilities of this Bodyshop Manager / VDA role are

• Use of Audatex to create accurate and detailed Estimates
• Pricing up jobs
• Photographing damaged vehicles
• Liaise with both Insurance companies and rental customers
• Ensure the quality of work output from workshop is to company standard
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are being followed
• Daily management of workshop diary
