We are a leading manufacturer of automatic Swimming Pool safety covers with an excellent reputation exceeding 30 years.
We are currently looking for a Booking Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join our team. The role will be based in Wickford, Essex with working hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a great attitude to learning and a reliable nature. Training will be given on all required tasks, but any experience is welcome. We are also looking for a someone who will be flexible to support and cover other areas of the business as required. We are very happy to consider varied lengths of admin experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answering of the phone and handling enquires
· Answering emails and handling correspondence
· Record keeping and system maintenance
· Booking of services and installation (UK based with some EU locations)
· Liaison with trade and retail clients
· Organising Accommodation for engineering team
· Invoicing using QuickBooks for service and install visits.
· Sending out service reminders and other marketing materials
· Assisting in delivery receiving and miscellaneous stock processes
· Assisting in the transfer of paper records to our new digital software
· Packaging up and posting parts when needed.
· Various administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will be/have an
· Excellent Phone etiquette and communication skills
· Proficient in using office including word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong Organizational Skills with a keen attention to detail
· Previous experience in an administrative or office setting
· Previous experience with QuickBooks desired
· Previous experience with a CRM Software desired
· Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Strong problem-solving skill and ability to work under pressure
Salary : 25000 - 28000
