One of our clients based in the centre of Henley is looking for an Booking Coordinator to join their team.Full time Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm with parking on site in the centre of Henley

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.• Coordinate and schedule• Manage the logistics• Monitor and update delivery schedules, addressing any changes or challenges promptly.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
