Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics and export processes? We are seeking a Booking Team Administrator to play a key role in supporting our export air and sea shipping operations. This dynamic position involves collaborating with distribution centres, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth shipment processes.

• Create and maintain market shipping lists to support export operations.
• Prepare and manage accurate shipping documentation for carriers.
• Utilise SAP to check special provisions, including dangerous goods identification.
• Liaise with distribution centres (Corby and Nuneaton) and third-party carriers to manage shipment volumes.
• Support ocean movement schedules, including preparing shipping lists and associated documentation.

• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or a willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with export air and sea logistics is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: £13/hour
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
• Location: Based in Corby
