Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accounts ManagerReporting to: Operations Manager
Key Role and Responsibilities:
The Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager will play a vital role in supporting business and management team from a finance perspective. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Payroll
- VAT returns
- Accounts to Trial Balance
- Monthly reporting
- Adhoc reports and tasks as requested by management
Personal specification:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in various software programmes, including email, word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- SAGE 50 experience ESSENTIAL
On Offer:
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexible start/finish)
- Salary of up to £35,000 per annum
