A start up within the hospitality sector is looking for an ambitious Accountant to join them on their journey of growth. With huge plans for the business and a chance to get involved in a plethora of duties, this is a really interesting opportunity. You will need to have a solid accounting understanding and ideally have worked within an SME environment.

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Update and maintain the general ledger
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
• Recording of debits & credits
• Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
• Oversee and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, analysing variances and ensuring alignment with financial goals.

The role is based onsite in East London, reporting directly to a distinguished Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a unique, hands-on position and ready for a fresh challenge.
