Bookkeeper / Finance Manager - Arlington Resource Management : Job Details

Bookkeeper - XERO experience needed - Small well-established Property Investment and Development company in North London. Seeks experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant for a key position in the company, overseeing day to day Accounting and Administration.

Reporting to the owner and external FD, you will be an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Bookkeeper seeking a hands-on but varied role including:

• Day to day bookkeeping on Xero - sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations
• Office administration including arranging insurance etc
• Property administration including completion statements for developments
• Oversee financial aspects of Joint Ventures

4 days in the office in North London / 1 day from home.

Commutable from Barnet, Finchley, East Finchley, Southgate, Friern Barnet, Mill Hill, Totteridge, Whetstone, Woodside Park, Enfield, N3, N2, N12, N20, EN5, N11, N10, N6, N14, NW7, NW4, NW5.
