Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle any other bookkeeping tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary : 33000 - 36000
