We are currently assisting a small, friendly business to recruit for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager - hours of work can be flexible.
Duties to include:
- PA responsibilties
- Oficce administartion
- Cover of reception
- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Credit control
- Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Process expenses / credit card transactions
- Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
- Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
- Completion of VAT Returns
- Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
Skills:
- Experience working for Small businesses
- Systems experience - Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris if possible
