ID Facility management is delighted to be recruiting for a Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager to join this well established and growing company in Central London.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager to work full time in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll software and data entry, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and invoices
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis
-Processing of end-to-end payroll for all monthly permanent & casual payrolls ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained and all statutory legislation is adhered to. P45, P60.
- Be able to perform and deal with any payroll related queries
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Support the finance team and director of the practice with day-to-day operations
- Deal wil purchases and perchase orders
- VAT return assistance
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and procedures
-Knowledge of smoothly running payroll - Familiarity with financial services and reporting systems- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Base accountancy knowledge and experiences working in accountancy practice to ensure compliance with Financial Regulations in UK
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00 to £35,000.00 per year, depends on experience
