KC Group are working on behalf of a Property Management SME based in the Coleshill area, who are looking to recruit a part time bookkeeper / personal assistant to the Managing Director. This is a very exciting opportunity for somebody with experience working in an SME, ideally from a property management background, who is now looking for a part time position in a small team. Responsibilities:
- Creating spreadsheets for accounts and bookkeeping
- VAT returns
- HMRC checks
- Processing and sending invoices on a quarterly basis
- Bank reconciliations
- Calculating quarterly service charge for property portfolio
- Personal Assistant duties
- Ad hoc receptionist duties
Experience Required:
- Experience in a bookkeeping / accounts assistant role
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365
- Personable, well mannered, and well presented
- Experience with property management is preferred but not essential
Job Details:
- 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday
- Fully onsite role
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
