We are a time served, leading independent electrical wholesaler across the midlands, looking to recruit a Branch Manager to help meet and exceed our ambitious growth plans.

The Branch Manager’s role includes managing and motivating a team, increasing sales andprofitability, building strong customer and supplier relationships.

Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry and customer base is essential.

We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude and the energy to get things done.

Someone who’s keen to make something of their career and enjoys going above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, motivate and manage a team
• Staff training and appraisals
• Full sales and P&L responsibility
• Increase the number of trading customers
• Ability to form and develop relationships with customers and suppliers
• Manager customer credit limits and overdue payments
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Leadership
• Proven Sales Record
• Have a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
