Salary:
Up to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + £5.5k Car Allowance

As a Branch Manager based in Pickering, North Yorkshire you’ll be responsible for:
Leading, developing, and coaching the branch team to deliver exemplary customer service and drive sales performance in this established branch.
Setting and clearly communicating targets to the branch team, working collaboratively as part of a team of three.
Instilling a culture of high standards, quality, and safety in all areas of the branch.
Being accountable for the branch meeting all performance KPIs, including sales and margin, cost control, P&L, and more.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Experience in branch management is preferred.
Focus on offering expectational customer service and operational excellence
Industry or merchant experience would be ideal
Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team is essential, supporting them to deliver KPIs
Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-first approach are crucial.
