- Senior Sales Negotiators:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice
- Negotiating offers and guiding clients through the sales process
- Keeping up to date with local market trends to provide informed insights
- Valuers:
- Performing property valuations to establish accurate market prices
- Preparing comprehensive market appraisals and reports
- Advising clients on marketing strategies to enhance property value
- Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business
- Branch Managers:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Leading and motivating a team of negotiators and valuers

- Previous experience in estate agency is essential
