Branch Manager (Driving Recruitment) Wigan

Salary and package: £37,000 - 49,000 basic salary DOE + company car/ car allowance, pension, healthcare cash back scheme, monthly paid commission, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Working hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Job Details:

• Managing an established driving/ logistics recruitment branch in Wigan. You will be directly line managing 3 staff, all 360 consultants currently generating £8,000 - 10,000 GP per week.
• As Branch Manager you will lead the team as well as strategic business development activity, working closely with the Sales Director to achieve set profitability targets and further grow the team.
• You will be responsible for management of branch P&L.
• Your branch will have centralised payroll and on call support.

Experience required:

• Must have experience of working as a Team Manager or senior level recruiter within the driving and logistics temps sector.
• Must be able to evidence success in client-led recruitment within the driving sector.
• Open to Principal Consultants seeking a move into a management role as well as applications from existing managers.
• Valid driver's licence is required.
• This role is based in the office 5 days per week.
