You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that business objectives are met and that operational processes run smoothly. • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or senior sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
• ARLA or NAEA qualification is a plus, but not essential.
