Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Basingstoke area is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to help build the team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role.  Knowledge of the Aldershot area would clinch the deal!

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and several busy offices in and around the Aldershot area.

Skills required for this Branch Manager role will include:

• Previous residential estate agency experience essential
• Management and mentoring skills
• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
• NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Andover and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
