REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be working with a key client in the Swindon area who are looking for a new Brand & Customer Marketing Manager to join their business. The company are a growing ecommerce retailer, and this role will be an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional with strong brand experience and commercial acumen to shape their brand identity and drive their marketing strategy.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and customer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage the brand platform and story, ensuring alignment with their values and maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Oversee customer communications and integrate customer care within their CRM strategies to leverage commercial opportunities.
- Lead brand communications and activation across multiple channels, including visual merchandising, organic social media, customer care, digital, and ATL communications.
- Manage and optimise the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging brand experience from awareness to purchase and beyond.
- Act as the brand custodian, working cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive customer insight projects with established research partners to ensure their marketing strategies stay relevant and exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee the development of creative brand assets, including content, visuals, product imagery, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand management and customer marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and experience leading branding projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on approach—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
