Breakfast Chef - week-ends only - N.E. Recruitment : Job Details

Breakfast Chef required to work every week-end, (both a Saturday and Sunday each week), for our client - a hotel located in Canterbury.

Weekend Breakfast Chef is available 2 days a week, 06.30hr to 12.30pm on a Saturday and Sunday.

As Breakfast Chef role:

• Ideally you will have experience from within a hotel or similar, with chef service for a breakfast service.
• Early starts are required from 06.30hr (6.30a.m).
• Finish time will be 12.03hr (12.30p.m)
• Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
• A good all round kitchen background to include some buffet service and to order.
• Undertake prep for the next day breakfast service and some assistance after breakfast to help with general prep for lunch / afternoon food service.

The salary for WeekendBreakfast Chef is given as £ competitive / hr. Live out only.
