Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of the new syndicated loans business line, targeting a launch by the end of 2025.- Collaborate with Project Management, Product, and Technology teams to define frameworks, validate product viability, and manage the product approval process.- Engage with diverse stakeholders across compliance, risk management, technology, and operations to gather insights and support for project execution.- Develop a comprehensive project timeline, setting clear milestones for product development, regulatory compliance, and testing phases.- Facilitate communication and reporting to senior leadership on project progress and any challenges encountered.
