Our client in the Guildford area is currently seeking a Bridging Administrator. In this role, you'll report directly to the Director and be part of a dynamic and diverse environment where you can expand your skills and grow professionally. The successful Bridging Administrator will be offered:

Responsibilities for a Bridging Administrator:
- Proactively manage a case pipeline to ensure quick completion of applications.
- Work with brokers and clients to gather necessary documents and information for faster loan application processing.
- Set expectations, meet deadlines, and provide excellent service to encourage repeat business.
- Handle broker queries and keep them updated on the progress of their applications.
- Prepare Heads of Terms (HOTs), Agreements in Principle (AIPs), and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the Underwriting and Credit teams to support lending decisions.
- Accurately input and track data, including calls, correspondence, and visits, in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas.
- Submit weekly progress reports, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist the divisional director with tasks such as answering calls, handling mail, emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Obtain property information and valuation quotes.
- Perform Money Laundering Act (MLA) checks and conduct initial searches.
- Handle other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements for a Bridging Administrator:
- CeMAP qualified
- At least 1 year’s experience in Bridging loans
- Good understanding of lending, mortgages, or secured loan processes.
- Preferred experience in managing caseloads and quickly processing applications.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing tasks.
- A proactive attitude, and confidence in managing processes.
- Experience handling high-volume workloads and prioritising effectively.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Competent PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Mature and professional outlook.

- Commercial awareness with great interpersonal and communication skills.
