The role will be hybrid with 3 days in office paying £14 p/h.
Duties:
- Managing inbound calls
- Dealing customers queries and needs
- Maintaining a relationship with customers
- Managing email inbox
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as experience in customer service and client facing roles.
