This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the BDMs, whilst building relationships with new and existing Brokers. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per year plus bonus. They've experienced significant growth and have big ambitions for the future. As a Relationship Manager, you will:

• Manage existing relationships with customers and brokers from application to loan redemption.
• Analyse financial accounts, property valuations, and business appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the short-term lending market.
• Handle lending enquiries efficiently.
• Develop and maintain successful working relationships with external and internal contacts.
• Attend external events and deliver presentations as needed.
