Job Title: PMO Analyst (Contract - 6 Months)

Location: Bristol - Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

About Us: We are looking for a skilled PMO Analyst to join our technology program team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role offers flexibility and a chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource Planning: Manage ESN Programme resource forecasting and planning, aligning with BT and Home Office timelines.
• Contractor Management: Oversee recruitment and release of project contractors.
• Meeting Coordination: Chair weekly ESN Resourcing Board meetings and follow up on actions.
• Request Handling: Raise and manage contractor requests and extensions with necessary approvals.

Skills Required:

• Forecasting & Reporting: Expertise in resource forecasting and reporting.
• Process Improvement: Adhere to and improve internal governance processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and presentation.
• SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is a must.

• Experience as a PMO Specialist or Resource Analyst in tech.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
