A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a brand new Build to Rent site in Nottingham.Overview:

• Role: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Nottingham
• Salary: Up to £30,000

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

• Be solely responsible for all maintenance tasks on site.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
• Provide property inspections.
• Carry out maintenance works.
• Liaise with contractors when needed.

The person:

• Prior experience in property management maintenance.
• Comprehensive understanding of building services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Positive, can do attitude.
