A Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with over 50 years in Construction are seeking a competent Building Control Surveyor, who is registered Class 3 G/H RBI (Registered Building Inspector) to aid with their new BSA Principal Design service. They champion strong communication throughout their company, which allows any employee to develop well. They have a huge demand for this service which will ensure that you have great career progression should you perform. However, they are determined that the service is provided correctly so you will be provided a manageable workload.

The Building Control Surveyor's Role

You will be responsible for inspecting and certifying building works, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and other relevant regulations. This role will require plan-checking and supporting with pre-assessments. This individual will be well-versed in the latest Building Safety Act 2022 regulations to ensure projects are compliant and safety standards are upheld.

The Successful Building Control Surveyor Will Have:

• 3+ years within Building Control
• Class 3 G/H RBI
• Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT
