Building Maintenance Manager/Multi Trader - Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd : Job Details

Our client, a highly established and successful property management company is seeking a Maintenance/Handyperson for their property's sites and estates in London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be working alongside and managing an assistant maintenance worker. Key Responsibilities:* Perform day-to-day maintenance and general DIY tasks across various sites - buildings and apartments* Undertake various repairs and improvements as needed.* Responsible for the purchase of materials as required* Strong customer service skills * Supervising an assistant Preferred Qualifications:* Experience or proficiency in a trade - such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work, or gardening* Strong background in building and site maintenance or extensive DIY experience.* Reliable with strong work ethics Requirements:* A passion for hands-on maintenance work* Manual handling* A full, valid driving licenseThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas.Benefits:* All travelling and car expenses paid * Generous holiday* Studio flat offered to the right candidate, if neededFame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
