At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Building Safety Enforcement Coordinator Support Asset Services by co-ordinating compliance activity and administering compliance systems and maintenance and services contracts, to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, providing efficient and effective planning, administrative and technical support as required. About youWe are looking for someone who · Experience of working within an Asset Services team, ideally supporting compliance activity. · Effective contract management skills, including supporting the management of service and maintenance contracts. · Clear understanding of risk management and compliance requirements for areas of risk. · Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.Why Riverside?In Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
