Building Safety Manager - Goodman Masson : Job Details

An organisation based in Greater Manchester is looking for an experienced Building Safety Manager to join their team on an interim basis.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing building safety across their entire housing stock.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough safety assessments and inspections of residential buildings.
• Develop and implement safety management plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with contractors, residents, and internal teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on building safety procedures.
• Manage and report on safety incidents, ensuring timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have MCIOB status and also have in depth knowledge is latest fire safety legislation.

The initial day rate for this position is between £400-£500 per day but is open to negotiation depending on the level of experience.

The role offers a hybrid model.
