Building Safety Manager

Goodman Masson are supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Building Safety Manager.

Rate: £300-£500 per day (negotiable, depending on experience)

Duration: 3 months +

Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular building safety inspections and risk assessments across ~20 buildings
• Working closely with residents, tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to address safety concerns and ensure transparency
• Ensuring that all identified HRRBs are managed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Building Safety Act

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
