Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Charring Cross, London

Salary: from £40,000 to £43,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a large static site based in the Charing Cross area

This position will be dealing with the on site planned and reactive maintenance which will include compliance, ahu maintenance, water testing, emergency lighting etc

The right person for this position will already have a strong background in commercial maintenance. They need to hold a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification; but be able to deal with mechanical and electrical maintenance.

This is a static position, so a company vehicle will not be provided

Requirements

• Strong working background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
• Based in a commutable location to Charing Cross
• Must hold a m
• Minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• Able to complete some out of hours work if required
• Excellent communicator
• Need to be very client focused

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
• Monday to Friday position
• No shift work
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension
