Building Services Engineer - Mechanical, Electrical

Up to £40000 + bonus + Van + Benefits

Facility Management Consultancy who covers commercial sites across the M1 Corridor are looking for a Building Services Engineer from either a FM or Building Services background to work on projects including Offices, Retail and Shopping Centres carrying out PPM, reactive and site upgrades

To apply the successful Building Services Engineer will need the following

• 4+ years working as a Building Services Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer.
• Hold qualifications from either an electrical, mechanical or AC background
• Full driving license
• Ability to cover call out (1 in 8) and when needed Overtime

Sites will be mainly across the M1 Corridor including (Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire), specific industry training will be given plus a full benefits package.
