Building Services Maintenance Engineer - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Are you a skilled building services engineer who is looking for a new exciting challenge? I am on the lookout for a building services maintenance engineer to join a busy exciting contract based in West London. This is a varied role which will be based on site for 4 days a week and 1 day covering a local mobile patch.

• £40k to £42k (DOE)
• 4 days static in West London, 1 day mobile in the region

Duties

• PPMs and ensuring statutory compliance is met
• Reacting to machinery breakdowns
• Lighting - lamp changes, EML testing
• Power Distribution
• Rewires
• Maintenance on circuits
• Changing motors
• Cleaning/changing filters on HVAC systems
• PPMs on pumps
• Water testing

Requirements

• C&G Level 2/3 in electrical installation
• 18th Edition
• Building services maintenance experience in commercial environments
• Able to navigate around a large commercial estate
