Our client require a Building Support Engineer to join their team in the delivery of building work packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical design packages, designer performance and making appropriate technical management responses, including SME advice
• Be accountable to the Principal Engineer for the design development of building work packages for quality, cost and schedule
• Assist the Principal Engineer to ensure effective Quality Management Arrangements via compliance with the client’s management system
• Ensure that contractors are familiar with the hazards and risks and ensure that processes and activities are documents with appropriate records

Skills Required:

• 5 years’ of experience with modular building construction
• Experience or knowledge in RIBA Design Stages
• Engineering apprenticeship/HNC qualification in relevant engineering discipline
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team

Desirable:

• In depth experience working in a range of commercial or defence projects
