Which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.In this role, depending on skillset, you will have a number of different responsibilities. This role will be a very forward-facing role where you will be liaising with both clients and contractors providing technical support and updates on the projects. You will also be responsible for assisting in the submission of tender packages, where you will liaise with external consultants to get to seek prices for the project. As well as that you will be involved in multiple projects from start to finish, creating a schedule of work, discharging planning conditions and inspecting properties for feasibility.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with strong contract knowledge, and is highly organised to ensure successful management of multiple projects at once, and holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites when required.This is a really great opportunity to join an award-winning and growing practice, where you'll be involved in interesting and fulfilling projects within the residential sector, all whilst gaining valuable experience through continuous training and having a mixture of choices how you progress through the company.The Role:

The Person:

• Suited for either a Building or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong contract administration experience - ideally JCT and RIBA
• Highly organised
• Commutable distance to their office in Huddersfield, and happy to travel
