They have seen continual growth to the point they have 70 staff across 4 offices and due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.In this dynamic role you will be working on a range of commercial projects around the South West as you undertake valuations, quotations and liaison with clients. You will take on a portfolio of 20/30 projects at one time as you work within a tight-knit team of 7 and liaise with other departments and senior leadership.This role would Building Surveyor or similar to join a leading company who offer the chance to work on dynamic and technical projects in a role offering a bonus to increase your earnings and progression right through to directorship .The Role:

• Manage a range of commercial projects across the South West
• Carry out valuations, quotations and surveys
• Hybrid role with some client visitation
• Clear progression right through to Directorship

The Person:

• Building Surveyor or similar
• Commutable to Exeter
• Happy to undertake travel across the South West
