The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will deliver a variety of professional and project-based services, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract admin.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will be client-focused and driven, with a combination of technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Both project and professional experience
• A passionate individual with a proactive approach
