This is a role for someone with 5+ years post-qualification experience looking for the opportunity to have impact in a family-owned business. We need someone organised and efficient, with great communication who can positively contribute to a small team. RICS not necessary if you can show strong and relevant experience.

You will be providing a full-building surveying service to a portfolio of good-quality commercial properties.

The Role:

• Provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition
• Working on a variety of projects in a range of commercial properties
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation
• Work as a small team or surveyors, and work with ither departments as required

We’re looking for:

• Degree in Building Surveying or related subject
• 5+ years’ experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within building/property management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A great team worker who can support a senior and assist and develop a junior
• Good understanding of property management principles and current industry trends.
