Position: Building Surveyor (Junior)

Salary: £25-35,000

Location: Kent

A leading Multi-disciplinary Consultancy is looking for a Junior Building Surveyor to join their Kent based team! You will work alongside established building surveyors to deliver on commercial projects and tenure plans around Kent and London. The consultancy offers fantastic opportunities for internal proregression, APC support and a collaborative work environment.

You will undertake professional duties on various projects as a Building Surveyor. Such responsibilities include site inspections, condition surveys, defect reports, project specification writing, and contract administration.
