Our client a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy are on the lookout for a Building Surveyor and Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving team in a leading firm in the construction, property, and engineering sectors. This exciting role, based out of their head Bournemouth office, has opened up due to their continued success and ambitious expansion plans.

In this role, you'll bring your expertise to a diverse portfolio, working across both commercial and residential properties. Your client-facing responsibilities will keep you at the forefront of a variety of sectors, delivering proffesional and project based building surveying services.

The firm offer a wide array of services-from project and building surveying to quantity surveying and the resolution of construction claims. With a strong presence across the UK, including key offices along the South Coast and in London, their future is bright and growing fast. Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £35k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
• Pension scheme

Building Surveyor/ Senior Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Engage with clients and manage instructions on projects from proposal to completion
• Contract Administration and project management
• Traditional building surveying work such as inspection and reports, defects analysis, measured surveys, specification writing and design, full building surveys.
• Commercial property instructions
• Schedules of condition and report/ awards for dilapidations and party wall matters

Building Surveyor/ Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• RICS accredited degree in relevant field
• MRICS status or working towards
• Residential and commercial building experience
• Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills
• Highly motivated with excellent work ethic
• Computer literate
